If you authorize pre-authorized debits (PAD/EFT), we collect and keep the banking information and authorization required to process those debits.
2.3 Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location and similar technical data, collected through server logs, cookies and similar technologies, including analytics, security and performance tools where enabled.
2.4 Information from others. Information from referral partners, platforms you connect to our services (such as your hosting, domain, Shopify, WooCommerce or advertising accounts), payment processors, and publicly available business sources.

4Consent
4.1 By providing personal information to us or using our services, you consent to its collection, use and disclosure as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice; withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some services.
5How we share information
5.1 Service providers. We share information with trusted providers who help us operate, such as payment processors (including Stripe), hosting and server providers, email and productivity services, accounting and invoicing software, scheduling, analytics, customer-relationship management and communication tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
5.2 Legal and business reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, court order or government request, to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others, to collect amounts owed, or in connection with a sale, merger or reorganization of our business.

6.1 Printing Nest LLC is based in California, United States. Personal information may be stored and processed in the United States, Canada and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Information stored outside your jurisdiction may be accessible to the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that jurisdiction.
7Cookies and analytics
7.1 We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for our websites to work, to remember preferences, to understand how visitors use our websites, and to measure marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work properly.
8Retention and security
8.1 Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. Hosted website data is retained or deleted as described in our Terms of Service.
8.2 Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.3 California residents. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to us, you may request to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law. You may use an authorized agent, and we will verify requests before acting on them.
9.4 How to make a request. Email info@helpmyseo.ca with your name, contact details and your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
10Websites we build or host for clients
10.1 When we build, host or maintain a website for a client, the client controls the personal information collected through its own website and is responsible for its own privacy policy.
